Replacement for a pin I lost. Only wore my original once. Was heartbroken. Got hold of Naomi and she replaced it so quickly. Really wonderful customer service.

I loved it. I sort of lost one of them after a few days -- my own fault, but this pair was to replace a missing one in the first place. The only thing better would be to include a third earring in the shipping for scatterbrains like me.
